Syndromes like thoracic outlet syndrome are outlined in Dr. Leone’s Knowledge center for spine & orthopedic surgery.

Thoracic outlet syndrome can cause symptoms of arm and hand paresthesias, neck pain, and headache. The etiology is believed to be dynamic compression of the brachial plexus and/or subclavian artery between the clavicle and a cervical rib or prominent first rib.¹
